A series of diagrams for food manufacturers showing common manufacturing flows that can be implemented into Brahmin Solutions.
This diagram shows the simplest manufacturing flow for a food production process, where the different materials that make up the pasta are combined to create the final product. The flour, olive oil, and eggs can be mixed together to create a batch pasta dough for future batches of pasta, or they can be added directly to the manufacturing process.
If you want to make multiple variations of food products from the same batch, you can create a component for the batch fusilli pasta and then manufacture each flavor / color variation separately. This allows you to keep your fusilli batch recipe in one place.
This shows how you can use materials to do the packaging steps needed to finish your product. Note: any special packaging for shipping (bubble wrap, etc.) should be done outside of the manufacturing process in Brahmin Solutions.
This example demonstrates how to create a situation where you need to bundle / kit different food products together. The Herb Pasta and Spinach Pasta are manufactured as a product so that they can be either sold individually or as part of a bundle / set.
